Prohibited Products Policy

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict any mandatory right or remedy available to you under applicable Mauritius law.
1. Rule
Merchants must not list Products that are illegal in Mauritius, require a licence the Merchant does not hold, or that MoEna reasonably considers unsafe or incompatible with a general marketplace.
2. Examples
Examples include illegal drugs, unlicensed weapons, stolen goods, counterfeit items, and other goods prohibited by Mauritius law. This list is not exhaustive and may be updated.
3. Enforcement
MoEna may remove listings, suspend Accounts and report matters to authorities where required or permitted.
