This Cookie Policy explains how MOENA.ONLINE uses cookies and similar technologies on the MoEna Platform. It should be read with the Privacy Policy.

You can accept all optional cookies, reject optional cookies, or manage preferences. Strictly necessary cookies are required for the Platform to function and are always on.

2. Strictly necessary

These cookies or local storage items are needed for authentication and session management, shopping cart and checkout, security and fraud-prevention controls, load balancing, and storing your cookie-consent choice itself.

The Platform cannot operate properly without them. They are not used to serve advertising.

3. Preference

Preference technologies may remember language, interface theme, district or delivery preferences, and similar choices so the Platform stays consistent between visits.

They are optional. If you reject them, those choices may reset when you next visit.

4. Analytics

Where you allow analytics, we may record first-party Product view and click events so Merchants and MoEna can understand which listings are seen. This uses a session identifier stored locally.

We do not currently load third-party advertising analytics pixels. If that changes, this Policy and the consent banner will be updated, and those technologies will not run until the appropriate choice is given.

5. Marketing

Marketing cookies and similar technologies, if enabled, may be used to measure or deliver promotional campaigns.

MoEna does not silently activate marketing or optional analytics technologies where consent is required. Optional marketing remains off until you Accept all or turn Marketing on in Manage preferences.

6. Managing cookies

Use the cookie banner, Cookie settings in the footer, or your browser controls. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent sign-in, cart or checkout from working.
