Using Mo Ena
Mo Ena connects Mauritian merchants with shoppers. You agree to provide accurate account details and to use the marketplace lawfully.
Orders and pricing
All prices are shown in Mauritian rupees and include applicable VAT where stated. A contract of sale is formed with the merchant, not with Mo Ena.
Delivery
Delivery windows are estimates based on district zones. Risk passes on delivery or on collection at the store.
Merchants
Merchants are responsible for listing accuracy, stock, invoicing and statutory consumer rights. Commission and payout terms are set in your merchant agreement.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Mauritian consumer protection law.
